Finished the Circle

My wife and I finished the circle of Lake Superior on Saturday, July 6, 2013, at 3 p.m. (EDT). We started out on June 29, going westbound via Duluth, Minnesota, traveling in our Monaco Signature motor coach. A Great Scenic Trip

We were on the Lake Superior Circle Tour September 10-18, 2012. We pulled our fifth wheels and traveled counterclockwise from Marquette, Michigan. Sibley Peninsula, Sleeping Giant Provincial Park was our favorite camping place. A grey wolf ventured into our camp, but left in a hurry when we came outdoors. Many Highlights

August 19-September 4, 2011. My wife and I and our dog, Lacey, enjoyed a great trip going clockwise around Lake Superior. We camped at several campgrounds including Twin Lakes Sate Park in Michigan; Amnicon Falls, Wisconsin; Sleeping Giant, Neys and Agawa Bay in Ontario; and then back to Straits State Park in St. Ignace, Michigan.
