Our Amazing Circle Tour

What a great trip! Loved all the sights, the weather was great and the people fantastic. Be sure to check out smoked fish north of Duluth and in Cornucopia, Wisconsin, all the amazing waterfalls and the boat tours at the Apostle Islands and the Pictured Rocks. Just Finished the Lake Superior Circle Tour

Hi, we have just finished our Lake Superior Circle Tour! We started from Sault Ste. Marie and finished there. We started on Sept. 17 and ended Sept. 24. We did it as a couple, driving our SUV and using local motels to stay. We hiked a few parks as we are avid hikers. That was a very intense drive but truly worth it! Loved It All

Started the trip Sept. 10 and ended the trip Sept.19. Spent nine days driving around the lake. We drove a little over 1,600 miles with the side trips. Loved it all. There was so much to see, we can’t choose a place that was our favorite spot! Sue & Les More

Highly Recommend It

We arrived in Duluth on June 21 and returned on July 5 after going clockwise around the lake. My dad had been on several mine tours before but thought the Soudan Underground Mine’s was the best he had seen. He was also impressed with Quincy’s. We had beautiful weather so we were really able to enjoy the shore views and waterfalls. I really enjoyed discovering the various views of Split More

We were on the Lake Superior Circle Tour September 10-18, 2012. We pulled our fifth wheels and traveled counterclockwise from Marquette, Michigan. Sibley Peninsula, Sleeping Giant Provincial Park was our favorite camping place. A grey wolf ventured into our camp, but left in a hurry when we came outdoors. Our least favorite camping place was Two Harbors, Minnesota, where they put our two fifth wheels into spots that were probably More
